You are bidding on: TRANSFORMERS GiG 1987 ABOMINUS G1 MIB giftset The partnership between japanese TAKARA and italian GiG created this incredible giftset; today it is still considered as one of the latest, exclusive and original vintage production made by the profitable collaboration between these two companies in '80s! An authentic Holy Grail! Everybody knows how rare is this item: this giftset was released only in Japan (1987) and in Italy (1988). USA stores sold it only in five separated cards. The italian version is extremely rare to find, and its box represents something between japanese and US style. This box shows a classic U.S. layout on box-graphic, box-size and poly insert; The texts written into the box are in italian language: names of bots are different from the original ones as GiG used to do for the italian market, and Abominus is called "Tundertron" without the "H". There is as well the exclusive tech-spec of Tundertron/Abominus, with its own profile created according with Hasbro/Takara. Instead of Hasbro logo on the bottom left of the box, you will find the japanese progressive number for this toy: D-84. This numeration is present as well beside the name of each character's name. CONDITION: -Box has some normal shelf wear on edges; there are two small tears, as they were created by an excessive pressure on paper: one is on back and one is on bottom right part.
